Yes, going to the spa is nice but we don’t all have the time and or the money to do it on a weekly basis. Follow these easy steps and get glowing…
Step 1. Take a nice hot shower or bath. The steam helps loosen up filaments and sebum.
Step 2. Use a small amount of non-comedogenic oil, like avocado or grapeseed. Massage into skin. Moving your hands upwards onto cheeks 5x on each cheek. Gently move in an upwards motion. Massage all over face for 5 minutes always with upwards motion.
Step 3. Dampen face. Massage a gentle cleanser and massage. Rinse.
Step 4. While skin is still damp add your exfoliating scrub and massage. Rinse.
Step 5. Add your favorite mask and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse.
Step 6. While skin is damp apply your favorite toner. (Yes you need it. Your skin needs a PH balance).
Step 7. For this step make sure your skin is still damp. Add your favorite serum. Let dry.
Step 8. Add your favorite moisturizer.
Step 9. Follow up with a sunscreen (during the day)
This is a great time to take for yourself. We know it’s hard sometimes to take a moment. But give yourself a chance to reconnect with yourself. Your body and mind will be grateful.
