Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days.

Orders & Returns
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (such as slight changes on colour or setting).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
A replacement or a shop credit will be offered for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
